Return & Exchange Policy

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or access the returns section on our website. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, as well as instructions on how to return the item.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with it.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  3. Exchange Process:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please follow the return process mentioned above and indicate your preference for an exchange.
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
  4. Refunds:
