Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our e-commerce store. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or access the returns section on our website. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, as well as instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with it.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchange Process:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please follow the return process mentioned above and indicate your preference for an exchange.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- Please note that shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
